Woman in business attire on the D6 bus, talking on a cell phone, after the stop for 13th and H was announced:
"Did you hear that--the woman giving the announcement? It's the same woman every time. I wonder where she is."

No, this can't be true. You have featured some pretty entertaining dregs of society in this blog, but this one might just take the cake.
I swear upon all that is holy that this is true. I don't have a Google ID, so I know my credibility is somewhat questionable, but it's 100 percent accurate.
Sitting with a microphone at Metro Center? Or just underneath the steps on the raised part of the back of the bus?
@arjewtino: I've heard some damn stupid things on the metro. This is one of the more believable things.
Once I overheard a conversation (before I found this site) on Metro that caused me to change cars...it was either that or a lobotomy with a pencil.
