Setup: Husband and Wife taking breakfast to the cashier.
Wife: Wow, I got alot of food.
Husband: Yeah, but its ok. Lets just hope it keeps you full.
Wife: I doubt that.
Cashier: What, you got worms or something?
Husband: ...
Wife: Um... no. Pregnant.

This same cashier then proceeded to tell the pregnant woman that she should go on a diet because otherwise it would be too hard to get the fat off of her after the baby came.
Real slick...
